Mitchell Norrell is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in human services and case management. Currently serving as a Non-HCBS Case Manager at Developmental Pathways since October 2023, Mitchell's previous roles include Sales Representative at Colonial Life and Senior Leasing Agent as well as Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker and Assistant Property Manager at Keyrenter Denver. Prior experience includes working as a Case Manager and Family Safety Net Intern at Jewish Family Service of Colorado, where responsibilities included food pantry operations and housing crisis case management. Mitchell's experience also encompasses supervisory roles with South Suburban Parks and Recreation and the Denver Parks & Recreation Department. Educational qualifications include a degree in Human Services with a focus on Mental Health from Metropolitan State University of Denver and a Certificate in Non-Profit Management from the University of Colorado Denver.

Developmental Pathways is a Colorado non-profit agency created to serve persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities or delays (I/DD), and their families. We were originally established in 1964 as a community-based alternative to institutional care and over the years have developed a broad array of services based on the principle that full inclusion and participation in community life is attainable for every individual with an intellectual or developmental disability. As an organization, we are committed to enriching the lives of people with I/DD by partnering to provide expertise, support and advocacy in their pursuit of a meaningful life. As a Community Centered Board, Developmental Pathways provides support to those we serve and their loved ones through intake, eligibility enrollment, and case management services and supports. We are devoted to ensuring that all individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and delays receive support by engaging our community in the innovation and implementation of person and family centered practices.
