Developmental Pathways

Developmental Pathways is a Colorado non-profit agency created to serve persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities or delays (I/DD), and their families. We were originally established in 1964 as a community-based alternative to institutional care and over the years have developed a broad array of services based on the principle that full inclusion and participation in community life is attainable for every individual with an intellectual or developmental disability. As an organization, we are committed to enriching the lives of people with I/DD by partnering to provide expertise, support and advocacy in their pursuit of a meaningful life. As a Community Centered Board, Developmental Pathways provides support to those we serve and their loved ones through intake, eligibility enrollment, and case management services and supports. We are devoted to ensuring that all individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and delays receive support by engaging our community in the innovation and implementation of person and family centered practices. We truly live and breathe our mission every day - Enriching Lives. Strengthening Communities. We are a motivated and authentic team dedicated to a common goal of helping individuals with disabilities in our community. Integrity, innovation, partnership and stewardship are shared principles amongst all of our team members.
