Nicholas Albino is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in financial analysis, accounting, and data management. Currently serving as a Financial Data Analyst and Associate Director of Financial and Data Analysis at Developmental Pathways since September 2019, Nicholas has previously held key financial roles at Eva's Village, including Assistant Controller and Senior Staff Accountant. Early career experience includes positions as a Bookkeeper at Wolfson & Associates and Patient Advocate at Med-Care Diabetic and Medical Supplies. In addition to a diverse background in emergency medical services and administrative roles, Nicholas holds an MBA in Accounting from William Paterson University of New Jersey and a BS in Criminal Justice with a minor in History from Juniata College.

Developmental Pathways is a Colorado non-profit agency created to serve persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities or delays (I/DD), and their families. We were originally established in 1964 as a community-based alternative to institutional care and over the years have developed a broad array of services based on the principle that full inclusion and participation in community life is attainable for every individual with an intellectual or developmental disability. As an organization, we are committed to enriching the lives of people with I/DD by partnering to provide expertise, support and advocacy in their pursuit of a meaningful life. As a Community Centered Board, Developmental Pathways provides support to those we serve and their loved ones through intake, eligibility enrollment, and case management services and supports. We are devoted to ensuring that all individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and delays receive support by engaging our community in the innovation and implementation of person and family centered practices.
