Tamra Logan is a seasoned digital creative professional with extensive experience in digital project management, user-centered design, and strategic marketing. Currently serving as the Digital Creative Lead at Developmental Pathways since September 2020, Tamra oversees creative direction for various digital projects, enhancing efficiency and accessibility while mentoring a graphic designer. Previous roles include founding and leading SKNEEKS, a product focused on adaptive knee pads, and working as a Digital Marketing Strategist at Ability Connection Colorado, where collaboration and brand messaging were prioritized. With a background spanning over two decades in UI/UX design, digital marketing, and creative leadership at firms such as Blooprint Media and Memolink, Tamra has consistently demonstrated a commitment to creating user-focused solutions and fostering professional relationships. Tamra holds a BFA in Fine Arts from Kansas State University.

Developmental Pathways
Developmental Pathways is a Colorado non-profit agency created to serve persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities or delays (I/DD), and their families. We were originally established in 1964 as a community-based alternative to institutional care and over the years have developed a broad array of services based on the principle that full inclusion and participation in community life is attainable for every individual with an intellectual or developmental disability. As an organization, we are committed to enriching the lives of people with I/DD by partnering to provide expertise, support and advocacy in their pursuit of a meaningful life. As a Community Centered Board, Developmental Pathways provides support to those we serve and their loved ones through intake, eligibility enrollment, and case management services and supports. We are devoted to ensuring that all individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and delays receive support by engaging our community in the innovation and implementation of person and family centered practices.
