Developmental Pathways
Will Wedow has over 16 years of experience in information technology and operations, currently serving as Vice President of Information Technology & Operations at Developmental Pathways since August 2016, with prior roles including Senior Director, Director, Associate Director, and Systems Engineer. Previously, Will worked at The Iliff School of Theology as System Administrator and Coordinator of Helpdesk, responsible for system provisioning, installation, configuration, and maintenance. Earlier experience includes roles at Best Buy and serving as Intra-University Computer Lab Director at Colorado State University. Will holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Colorado State University, completed in 2008.

Developmental Pathways
Developmental Pathways is a Colorado non-profit agency created to serve persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities or delays (I/DD), and their families. We were originally established in 1964 as a community-based alternative to institutional care and over the years have developed a broad array of services based on the principle that full inclusion and participation in community life is attainable for every individual with an intellectual or developmental disability. As an organization, we are committed to enriching the lives of people with I/DD by partnering to provide expertise, support and advocacy in their pursuit of a meaningful life. As a Community Centered Board, Developmental Pathways provides support to those we serve and their loved ones through intake, eligibility enrollment, and case management services and supports. We are devoted to ensuring that all individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and delays receive support by engaging our community in the innovation and implementation of person and family centered practices.
