In 2008, they became the COO at Grid.com, a platform that provides developers with wholesale services and tools. Chad later served as the GM of Ditech Labs at Ditech Networks from 2010 to 2011. Most recently, they are the Founder & CEO of Deviget LLC, a globally distributed software development company that they established in 2011.
