Steele Hoar

Steele Hoar is a seasoned professional in the energy sector with extensive experience in business development and asset management. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager and Asset Manager at Devon Energy since March 2011, Steele oversees the full value chain of the Lea County Core Assets in the Delaware Basin, managing multidiscipline development and operations. Previous roles include Reservoir Engineering Supervisor, Production Supervisor, and Operations Engineer at SandRidge Energy, as well as Operations Engineer at Apache Corporation and Halliburton. Steele holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with an emphasis on Energy from Texas Christian University and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Chemical Engineering from Oklahoma State University.
