Prior roles include CTO Infra&Cloud at Devoteam, and leadership positions at ENGIE, Veolia Water, ARDIAN, LCL, SFR, Telecom Italia France, Tiscali France, and Libertysurf, where Philippe managed significant IT transformation projects and infrastructure migrations. Philippe holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Physics from INSA Lyon, along with engineering and research degrees from École des Mines de Saint-Étienne.
