Sergio Andrés has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Sergio started their career as a Talent Attraction Executive at SORS Consultores, where they were responsible for talent sourcing and job posting in occ.com. Sergio then worked as a Talent Management Analyst at icorp, where they handled full-cycle recruiting for diverse clients across Mexico and conducted talent sourcing using platforms like OCC, Computrabajo, and LinkedIn.

After that, Sergio joined C.R. England as a Corporate Recruiter, eventually becoming a Senior Corporate Recruiter. C.R. England is a refrigerated transportation company, and Sergio was responsible for recruiting efforts within the organization.

Following their time at C.R. England, Sergio worked at MedTrainer, a healthcare compliance SaaS company, as an HR Organizational Development & Training Administrator. Sergio focused on employee experience path development and the redesign and tracking of new hire onboarding programs.

Subsequently, Sergio joined Espressive, a SaaS company, as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Sergio was specifically involved in recruiting for AI/ML and GTM roles and developed Talent Acquisition SOPs documentation, as well as training programs for new hiring leaders on LinkedIn Boolean Search and BambooHR ATS.

Most recently, Sergio joined DevSavant as a Technical Recruiter. DevSavant Inc. is a software development company and Sergio was recognized as the Most Recursive Recruiter of 2022.

Sergio Andrés completed a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Universidad Anáhuac Querétaro, from 2013 to 2017.
