Qamar Abbas Sipra

Qamar Abbas Sipra is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Devsinc, Qamar leads the finance and accounting department with a focus on sustainability. As the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Finacc Consultants, Qamar provides advisory services for structuring companies and developing finance-related frameworks. Previously, Qamar held the position of Vice President, Finance and Administration at Confiz Limited, where fiscal leadership and effective financial planning were emphasized. Early career roles included Head of Finance & Accounts at Lahore University of Management Sciences, Senior Accounts Officer at Daily Pakistan, and Assistant Accountant at M/S Akbar Brothers. Qamar holds an MBA in Finance & Accounting from Pak AIMS and a B.Com in Advanced Accounting & Auditing from the University of the Punjab.
