Seerat Maqsood

Seerat Maqsood is an accomplished professional in the fields of engineering and human resources, currently serving as the Engineering Excellence Lead at Devsinc since September 2021. In this role, Seerat manages code review workflows for over 100 projects, achieving 100% adherence to coding standards and reducing defects by 90%. Previously, Seerat worked as a Project Coordinator, enhancing code review processes for over 50 development teams and significantly improving hiring success rates through conducting behavioral mock interviews. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Executive at EPC&C Solutions, where Seerat oversaw HR functions, and as a Human Resources Manager at Multi Techniques Trading & Contracting, focusing on recruitment and compliance. Seerat holds a Master of Science in Management Science from Riphah International University and an MSc in Human Resources Management from the National College of Business Administration & Economics, complemented by a Bachelor's in Commerce from the University of the Punjab.
