David Palumbo

David Palumbo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in civil engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager and Technology Manager for Infrastructure Services at Dewberry since July 1994, David has honed expertise in managing complex projects. Prior to this role, David worked as a Civil Engineer at RUST Environment and Infrastructure from 1989 to 1994. David earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Civil Engineering from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art between 1985 and 1989, with additional educational experiences at CPHS and Stevens Institute of Technology.
