Luca Castellano currently serves as the Head of Strategy at deX Labs, where responsibilities include leading Investor Relations, Fundraising, and Key Sales Initiatives alongside the CEO. As a Co-Founder of Rio Endowment, Luca supports outstanding STEM students in Rio de Janeiro, contributing to a fund of R$200,000 that has benefited 15 students. Previously, Luca held the role of Product Manager for Cobre's API Product, focused on the Colombian market, and worked as a Strategy Analyst at Conta Simples, contributing to various strategic initiatives. Earlier entrepreneurial experiences include co-founding Nosso Livro and NC during high school. Luca is pursuing a Bachelor of Laws from Ibmec and has also studied Finance at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and completed a Summer Course in Entrepreneurship at Central European University.
