Guillermo Miranda

Guillermo Miranda is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, partnerships, and stakeholder engagement within the realms of democracy, governance, and civic engagement. Currently serving as a Partnerships Advisor for the USAID Democracy Delivers Initiative at Dexis Consulting Group, Guillermo has previously held significant roles, including Project Manager for Central America Youth Initiatives at the United States Institute of Peace, where critical partnerships were established and local development interventions were designed. With a robust history at USAID, Guillermo contributed to expanding the democracy portfolio substantially while leading multi-disciplinary design teams. Additional teaching experience spans institutions such as Escuela de Comunicación Mónica Herrera and ESEN, covering political science, sustainable development, and public policy entrepreneurship. Guillermo holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Public Policy from the University of Oxford and a Master in Latin American Studies from Universidad de Salamanca.
