Billy McKeown

Billy McKeown is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in the manufacturing and paint industries. Currently serving as Director of Operations and Plant Manager at Dexter since November 2018, Billy McKeown has previously held key positions at CNH Industrial, where responsibilities included Business Unit Manager from August 2010 to November 2018. Billy McKeown's expertise includes managing projects and procedures in union environments, as well as establishing paint facilities, highlighted by a successful role as Finishing Manager at Trans-ACC, where two paint booth facilities were initiated and a Gema powder coat system was implemented. Education was obtained at the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith.
