Mike Micklewright

Mike Micklewright possesses extensive experience in continuous improvement and quality management across various leadership roles. Most recently, at Dexter Magnetic Technologies, Mike served as VP and Director of Continuous Improvement and Transformation from June 2021 to April 2023. Prior to this, Mike was the Senior Director of Continuous Improvement at Kaizen Institute from September 2012 to June 2021 and held the position of President at QualityQuest, Inc. for over two decades, where Mike led a successful consulting and training company. Additionally, Mike has experience from HydraForce, Inc. as VP of Global Continuous Improvement and Supplier Development, and served as Senior Quality Engineer at SeaquistPerfect Dispensing. Mike holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, completed in 1985.
