Angelo Fierro is an accomplished property manager currently at Dexters since August 2022, responsible for pre-tenancy inspections and administrative record-keeping. Previously, as a duty manager at Amazon from December 2020 to July 2022, Angelo coordinated operations for the UK’s first Amazon Fresh stores, managed a team of 25, and implemented health and safety practices, achieving significant product availability on launch day. Angelo has also served as a head bartender at Passo Shoreditch and D&D London and participated as a judge in the London Spirits Competition, appraising spirits brands for marketability and consumer alignment. Angelo holds a Diploma of Higher Education in Business from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David and has a background in hotel management and catering.
