Amanda Charlton

Amanda Charlton is a seasoned risk management professional currently serving as a Senior Risk Manager at Dexus since November 2019. In this role, Amanda is responsible for the development and implementation of the Risk Management Framework and Risk Appetite, with significant achievements including enhancements to the Risk Appetite Statement and improvements in risk assessment consistency across the business. Prior to Dexus, Amanda held positions at The GPT Group, where Amanda was a Manager in Risk and Audit, and at Lion, where Amanda progressed from Senior Audit and Risk Analyst to Planning & Reporting Analyst, leading various financial and risk assurance initiatives. Amanda began their career at Deloitte Australia as a Senior Analyst in Audit and Assurance. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Macquarie University and a CA Diploma from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
