Christopher Davitt

Christopher Davitt is a seasoned professional in real estate finance and investment, currently serving as a Fund Manager at Dexus since April 2023. Prior to this role, Christopher held the position of Fund Manager at AMP Capital from 2010 to April 2023, and served as Vice President at MGPA from 2006 to 2009. Additional experience includes roles as a Fund Analyst at Multiplex and as Adjunct Lecturer at the University of New South Wales, where Christopher taught Real Estate Finance at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Christopher has also contributed to the industry as Deputy Chair of the Capital Markets Committee for the Property Council of Australia. Earlier career highlights include working as an Investment Analyst for Lend Lease. Christopher holds a degree in Land Economics from the University of Technology, Sydney, and a Diploma of Law from the Legal Practitioners Admission Board.
