Kara Young

Kara Young is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project and program management. Currently serving as PMO Lead at Dexus since December 2022, Kara is also the Founder of Easy Peasy Cakes, an innovative business offering eco-friendly baking kits. Previous roles include Assistant Program Manager at AMP Capital, where responsibilities involved managing a technology and innovation portfolio, and Project Portfolio Analyst, focusing on project frameworks and performance analysis. Additional experience spans positions at Stockland, Optus, and the NSW Department of Education and Communities, contributing to program coordination and management. Kara holds a Commerce degree from The Australian National University and a Certificate IV in Project Management from KBR.
