Michelle Chiu

Michelle Chiu is an experienced professional in property development and transactions, currently serving as General Manager for Transactions in Healthcare & Alternative Investments and Head of Development Origination at Dexus since June 2021. Prior to this role, Michelle held the position of Regional Development Manager for NSW at Woolworths Group, overseeing retail and mixed-use developments from February 2018 to June 2021. During a tenure at AMP Capital from October 2015 to February 2018, responsibilities included identifying and creating value-add development opportunities within the Real Estate portfolio. Michelle's career also includes significant roles at UrbanGrowth NSW and NSW Land and Housing Corporation. Academic credentials include a Master of Property Development and a Bachelor of Property Economics with a major in Project Management, both from the University of Technology Sydney.
