Rachel Caralis

Rachel Caralis has extensive experience in legal and compliance roles, currently serving as Head of Compliance & Senior Legal Counsel at Dexus since April 2008, having previously held positions including Senior Legal Counsel & Company Secretary, Senior Legal Counsel, and Legal Counsel within the same organization. Prior to joining Dexus, Rachel worked as a Solicitor at King & Wood Mallesons from 2003 to March 2008. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia, a Master's Degree in Commerce with a focus on Property Development from Western Sydney University, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB, Hons) and Bachelor of Commerce (Acc) from the University of Canberra, complemented by studies at Queenwood.
