Mona Altamimi completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Sharjah, which they attended between 1997 and 2002. Later, between 2013 and 2015, they pursued a Master's degree in Marketing Strategy at the University of Wollongong in Dubai.
