Paul Stremer

Paul Stremer currently serves as the Head of Match Operations for Youth Competitions at DFB, a position held since March 2019. In this role, Paul oversees various match operations within the U19 Men's Youth-Bundesliga and U19 DFB-Pokal, managing events such as the finals for German championships at U19 and U17 levels. Paul has held multiple titles within the organization, including Lead of Match Operations and Manager, with responsibilities that extend to administrative duties, event management, and acting as a liaison for UEFA Youth League. Paul's expertise includes participation in the DFB/DFL TaskForce for Sports Medicine, where Paul contributed to developing hygiene concepts in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, Paul has completed internships with various prestigious clubs and organizations, enhancing experience in administration, marketing, and event organization. Paul holds a Certificate of Advanced Studies in UEFA Football Management from the University of Lausanne and a Bachelor of Arts in Sport Management and Communication from Deutsche Sporthochschule Köln.
