Currently serving as a Pinnacle Relationship Officer at DFCC Bank PLC since March 2020, Niciliya has previously held roles as a Banking Assistant at Union Bank of Colombo from January 2017 to March 2020, and as a Business Development Executive at Standard Chartered Bank between May 2015 and December 2016. Niciliya holds a Diploma in Applied Banking and Finance from the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka and completed education at Ave Maria Convent - Negombo from 2012 to 2014.
