Hanh Tran

Hanh Tran is a Partner and Co-Managing Director at DFDL Vietnam, with experience advising clients on a wide range of private and public law issues since September 2006. Hanh has led the Real Estate Practice Group in Cambodia, managing significant transactions, such as assisting a Dutch developer with asset sales in Vietnam. Previous positions include Senior Adviser, providing strategic guidance on infrastructure, finance, energy, and real estate projects, including advising on a BOT for Nghi Son Power Plant and handling M&A transactions. Prior roles encompass senior consulting at KPMG Cambodia, contract management for the European Commission, and legal advising at firms in Vietnam. Hanh holds a Master’s Degree in International Business from the University of Tours, a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Hanoi National University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Languages from Hanoi Foreign Language College.
