Bjorg Svan Colding

Bjorg Svan Colding is an experienced professional in the field of rewards and employee experience, currently serving as the Head of Rewards at DFDS since February 2024. Prior roles include Thought Leader in Employee Experience at Scandinavian Tobacco Group, where focus was on establishing foundational elements for a modern rewards function. Bjorg has held significant positions at Willis Towers Watson, leading Nordic Talent & Rewards initiatives, and at Haldor Topsoe A/S, responsible for global rewards and payroll as part of the corporate HR management team. Additional experiences span roles at SimCorp, LEO Pharma, and VELUX A/S, contributing to the development of HR strategies and compensation systems. An academic background includes PhDs in Economics and Agricultural & Resource Economics from Aalborg University and the University of Maryland, respectively, alongside a master's degree in Economics from the University of Copenhagen.
