Gemma Allen

Gemma Winnard-Allen currently serves as the Digital Maturity Manager at DFDS, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this role, Gemma worked at Karbon Homes from September 2018 to January 2023 as a Digital Communications and Marketing Specialist and Communications and Marketing Executive, focusing on effective marketing communication campaigns for the housing sector. Previous experience includes positions as a Marketing Assistant at King's Group, where responsibilities included designing marketing materials to enhance student recruitment, and a Relief Support Worker at Places for People, where support was provided to clients in sheltered accommodation. Gemma also held a Marketing Assistant role during a year in Madrid, assisted as a Summer Camp Counsellor at YMCA Camp Copneconic, and contributed to branding efforts at Barney's Collars as a Sales & Marketing Assistant. Gemma earned a Bachelor's Degree in International Business from the University of Leeds and completed high school at Harton Sixth Form and Harton Technology College.
