Patrick Sindlev Gøtterup

Patrick Sindlev Gøtterup is an experienced leader in customer care and sales management. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Care for DFDS since January 2023, Patrick previously held the position of Regional Sales Manager at AudioNova, managing over 30 locations and leading a team of 44 healthcare professionals. Prior experience includes serving as the Nordic CCC People Development Manager at Elkjop Nordic AS, where responsibilities encompassed learning strategy and training for over 400 employees across multiple countries. Patricks's career began at Elgiganten A/S, progressing from Customer Care Agent to After Sales Trainer and then After Sales Team Leader, where notable achievements included redefining training processes and developing effective customer handling tools. Patrick holds a Professional Bachelor of Education from Professionshøjskolen UCC and an STX from Rysensteen Gymnasium.
