Ahmed Anwar is a researcher and PhD candidate at Deutsches Forschungszentrum für Künstliche Intelligenz (DFKI) since April 2023, with a background in both research intern roles and software engineering. Prior to this position, Ahmed Anwar completed internships at the University of Kaiserslautern from December 2020 to January 2023, and DFKI from July 2020 to December 2020, contributing to projects like novel view synthesis within the Augmented Vision research team. Experience also includes a research internship at the Max Planck Institute for Software Systems, focusing on formal methods and developing testing tools in Python, as well as innovation work at Advansys ESC on AR/VR educational applications and a role at Valeo where Ahmed Anwar developed an internal Java tool for automated XML configuration generation. Ahmed Anwar holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The German University in Cairo.
