Miro Miranda Lorenz is a researcher at Deutsches Forschungszentrum für Künstliche Intelligenz (DFKI) since February 2022, with previous experience as a Wissenschaftler at Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn from November 2021 to February 2022, and a student assistant at NPZ Innovation GmbH, where the focus was on machine learning related to computer vision and genetic data. Prior to this role, Miro worked as a wissenschaftlicher Assistent at Justus-Liebig-Universität Giessen from December 2018 to August 2019 in the Institute for Biometry and Population Genetics and the Institute of Plant Nutrition. Miro holds a Bachelor of Science in Agrarwissenschaften from Justus Liebig University Giessen (2016-2019), a Master of Science in Life Science Informatics from The University of Bonn (2019-2021), and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science at RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau (2022-2025).
