Lewis Hardy

Lewis Hardy is a seasoned professional in people data and reward management, currently serving as the People Data & Insight Partner at DFS since May 2019, where responsibilities include managing people data across the Group, automating visualizations with PowerBI, and delivering actionable insights. Previously, Lewis held roles such as Reward & MI Partner and Reward Partner, where key tasks involved handling BAU and cyclical reward processes, annual pay reviews, and data governance. Lewis's career began at Wolseley as an HRMI Analyst, contributing to management information production within the HR Shared Service Centre. Lewis earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology and Sociology from Sheffield Hallam University in 2011.
