Paul S. Triolo is a seasoned expert in technology and China policy, currently serving as Partner and Senior VP for China and Technology Policy Lead at DGA Group, as well as Senior Advisor to the Penn Project on Future US China Relations at the University of Pennsylvania. With additional roles as a Senior Tech Advisor at The Paulson Institute, Senior Research and China Digital Economy Fellow at New America, and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, Triolo engages in critical discussions around US-China technology relations. Previous experience includes serving as Practice Head for Global Technology Policy at Eurasia Group and a Senior Research Analyst for the US Government. Triolo holds a Master's Degree in International Relations from The Catholic University of America and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Penn State University.
