Caryn Helbing has a wealth of experience in talent acquisition, production management, and process improvement. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition and Development Manager at D&H Industries since May 2014, Caryn has also held roles in production management and production control. Prior experience includes a position as a Business Process Analyst at Trostel Ltd, where responsibilities included managing engineering bills of materials and acting as the ECN coordinator. At Briggs & Stratton, Caryn worked as a Production Ready Project Manager, ensuring timely production launch of new models and reducing product rework. Early career roles include Trainer/Lead at Generac Power Systems, focusing on employee training and process improvement, and Outlet Store Manager at Schweiger Industries, overseeing inventory and sales. Caryn obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Cardinal Stritch University between 2008 and 2010.

D&H Industries is a precision deep draw and progressive metal stamping company, who manufactures to customers’ specifications. Their stampings created from a wide assortment of materials, including aluminum, brass, copper, cold-rolled steel, stainless steel and high strength materials. The thickness of materials used in the stampings can range from .005” up to 14mm, with design configurations ranging from simple to complex. Additional metalworking services include MIG welding, TIG welding, and resistance welding, as well as machining, countersinking, drilling, deburring, hardware insertion and assembly. Over 135,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space includes 70 types of presses and equipment ranging from 35-ton to 2000-ton. Materials include steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass and various alloys ranging in thickness from 0.010 to 0.550 inches. A separate 22,000 sq. ft. space is dedicated to warehousing.
