Prior to this, Shallu worked at Kinapse as a Data Protection Consultant and held roles as an Administrative Assistant and HR Intern. Shallu began a career in management as a Cafe Trainee Manager at Sanremo Deli Ltd., focusing on food service standards and health and safety, and earlier worked as an Adviser at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, assisting customers with insurance needs. Shallu holds a Bachelor's Degree from Delhi University and has pursued professional development through the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development in London.
