The treasury services segment consists of interest earnings on investments portfolio of the bank, gain or losses on investment operations and earnings from foreign exchange business. The Corporate/Wholesale Banking segment provides loans and other banking services to corporate segment identified on the basis of reserve bank of India (RBI) guidelines. The Retail banking segment provides loans and other banking services to non-corporate customers identified on the basis of RBI guidelines. The Other Banking Operations segment includes income from para banking activities, such as debit card, third party product distribution and associated costs. The Bank offers a range of services, including personal banking, corporate banking and non-resident Indian (NRI) banking.
