Manik Gole

Manik Gole serves as Vice President Operations at Dhanuka Agritech Ltd. since August 2022, bringing extensive experience from previous roles including Head of Unit and General Manager at UPL, and General Manager at Laxmi Organic Industries Ltd. where responsibilities encompassed safe and efficient operations across multiple production facilities. Prior experience also includes significant positions at Coromandel International Limited, where Gole focused on cost-effective production and environmental management, as well as roles at Privi Organics Ltd., Hindustan Unilever Ltd., and Rallis India Ltd. educationally, Gole is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at the Indian Institute of Management Kashipur, following a BE in Chemical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
