Reena then moved to Dice as a UK Sales Manager and later became a Business Development Leader at the IT Job Board, focusing on launching the Recruitment Agencies sector. In 2019, Reena became a Senior Sales Manager at eFinancialCareers, where they are responsible for providing job opportunities and career advice to professionals in the investment banking and securities industries.
Reena Heir attended Brunel University London from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a 2:1 BSC degree in Psychology/Biology.
