Prior to this, Elena completed a master's thesis in procurement with CAMELOT Management Consultants in 2016 and gained practical experience as a Working Student in Investment Management at Dieter von Holtzbrinck Ventures and as an intern in various roles at Tchibo, arvato Hightech, and Fiege. Elena holds a Master of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Supply Chain Management from the University of Cologne and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Münster. Additional educational experience includes a tenure at Università Bocconi and the University of Agder.
