Freddy Holwerda is a seasoned professional in data analytics and management, currently serving as Data Analytics Lead (a.i.) at Milence since April 2025 and as Interim Management and Consulting Data & Analytics at Passionate Performance since July 2022, where a strong focus is placed on leveraging data for business outcomes. Freddy has previously held key roles at DHL eCommerce Nederland, Stolt Tankers, Rabobank, and Deloitte Nederland, contributing to project management, reporting, and analytics initiatives across various sectors, including finance, risk management, and digital transformation. With a strong foundation in Computer Science from the University of Twente, Freddy continually builds skills through various educational programs.
