Aryel R. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational psychology. Currently serving as the Americas SSC Senior Talent Manager at DHL and an Associate Professor in Work and Organizational Psychology at Universidad de Costa Rica, Aryel's previous roles include Finance Operation L&D Manager at Amazon, where significant contributions to talent development and organizational growth were made. Aryel has also held various academic positions, including Professor and Co-Professor at Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica and Universidad de Costa Rica, respectively.
