Javier Esplugas

Javier (Xavi) Esplugas currently serves as the Senior Vice President for IT Architecture, Planning & Digitalization at DHL, overseeing the IT Group Functions, IT Budget Planning/Controlling, and the Digitalization Center of Excellence since October 2020. Before this role, Javier was the Senior Vice President of Digitalization at Global Business Service Division, where responsibilities included heading the Digitalization Transformation program. With prior experience at DHL Supply Chain, Javier held multiple leadership positions focusing on IT strategy, planning, and IoT across various regions. Javier began a career at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, advancing through roles that encompassed application development, project management, and consulting for Procter & Gamble. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Computer Engineering and various certifications in project management and SAP.
