Andrea Massoni has over 17 years of experience in various roles related to human resources and people management. Andrea is currently the Head of People & Culture at DHNN Creative Agency since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a People Manager at HEXAGON Consulting from January 2019 to October 2021. Andrea also served as the Responsable de RRHH Argentina at TIVIT LATAM from January 2016 to January 2019 and as the Gerente de RRHH at Dinatech S.A. from January 2013 to January 2016. Before that, they worked as a Headhunter at GlobalLogic from October 2012 to January 2013 and as a Consultora at Talent Searchers from September 2010 to October 2012. Andrea has also held positions such as Responsable de Selección at Novadata S.A., Analista de RRHH. Administración de Personal at Agua Marina S.A., Responsable de RRHH at Gobbi Novag, and Analista de selección y administración de RRHH at Videco SRL - Securitas.

Andrea Massoni received their Licenciada en Relaciones del Trabajo degree from the University of Buenos Aires in the years 2000 to 2004. Andrea is currently pursuing a Diplomatura en Metodologías Ágiles from the Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales, starting in 2021. In 2020, they also completed a Posgrado en Ambiente y desarrollo sustentable from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires'.
