As Director of Haystack Design Ltd since 2011, Simon collaborates with entrepreneurs and manufacturers to transform complex concepts into production-ready designs. Previous roles include Packaging Development Manager at Neal's Yard Remedies, Technical Innovation Manager at Hotel Chocolat, and Global Design & Packaging Manager at Pacific Direct.
