In 2015, they joined Diakrit as a Sales Agent, contributing to the company's goal of revolutionizing the real estate industry through innovative marketing solutions. Ken then held various roles at Diakrit, including Customer Solutions Coordinator in Sweden and Australia, Sales Support in Australia and New Zealand, and currently serves as an Inside Sales Account Manager. Throughout their work experience, Ken has demonstrated exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills, consistently providing valuable support to clients.
Ken Rosvall earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in International Business Management from Assumption University, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended Nordic Technical Institution (NTI) in Gothenburg, Sweden from 2004 to 2007, where they focused on Graphical Design.
