Ellen Dowd

Ellen Dowd is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in technology and product development. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Partner, Chief Revenue Officer at Dialexa, an IBM Company, since October 2019, Ellen has contributed to driving innovative solutions at the intersection of experience design and software development. Previously, as Senior Vice President of Global Solutions at Hitachi Global Social Innovation Business from May 2017 to September 2019, Ellen focused on developing digital and IoT solutions addressing global sustainability and urban mobility challenges. Ellen also held various leadership roles at Hitachi Consulting from August 2004 to May 2017, where efforts included leading innovation teams and enhancing customer experience programs. Ellen's earlier career includes positions as Director at Answerthink and Principal Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Ellen holds a BA in English and Philosophy from The University of Dallas and an MLS in Information Science from Texas Woman's University.
