Samer Fallouh

Samer Fallouh is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in engineering and delivery leadership. Currently serving as Senior Partner and Chief Delivery Officer at Dialexa since March 2012, Samer has held various roles within the company, advancing from Vice President of Engineering to Partner positions. As the founder of Dallas DogRRR, a nonprofit organization, and a co-founder of the Levant International Startup Association, Samer demonstrates a commitment to community and innovation. Past experience includes leading engineering efforts at Vinli Inc. and Saagara, as well as significant contributions as a Research Assistant at the University of Detroit Mercy. Samer holds a Master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Detroit Mercy and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Damascus University.
