Thushara Dharmawickrama

Thushara Dharmawickrama has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in human resources, sustainability, and microfinance. Since October 2011, Thushara has been involved with Dialog Axiata PLC in Group Human Resources and as part of the Group Sustainability & Corporate Affairs team, focusing on innovative initiatives like the 5 Star Partner Network to enhance outreach to rural communities. Prior roles include serving as MIS Manager at Child Fund Lanka Microfinance, Sri Lanka Programme Coordinator for OneWorld, Country Project Manager at Lanka Academic Network, and MIS Consultant for the Village Self Help Learning Initiative Pilot Project under the World Bank. Earlier experience includes a role at the Canadian International Development Agency. Thushara holds a degree from the University of Kelaniya in Sri Lanka.
