Unit Manager - Network Analytics And Automation at Dialog Axiata

Vibhutha Kumarage currently serves as Unit Manager and Lead in Network Analytics and Automation at Dialog Axiata PLC since June 2018, where responsibilities include designing and implementing automation solutions to improve network quality and performance, as well as developing automated troubleshooting mechanisms for customer complaints. Prior to this, Vibhutha led the creation of an in-house Robotic Process Automation platform called SIRA to streamline complaint resolution while serving as Specialist in the Enterprise Technical Assistance Center. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Executive, focusing on network software solutions for enterprise technical support, and an internship at DSI Samson Group in Robotic Engineering, contributing to productivity enhancement in the shoe manufacturing sector. Vibhutha holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University and an Advanced Certificate in English Language from the National Institute of Business Management, Sri Lanka.
