Ken McNaughton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in solution architecture and technical sales support across the APAC region. Currently serving as Solution Architect APAC at Dialogic since November 2013, McNaughton specializes in agile network solutions including VoLTE, VoWiFi, and Cloud Centrex. Prior roles include Consultant System Engineering at Cyan Optics, where technical sales support in Packet Optics and Software Defined Networks was provided, and Customer Solution Director at Alcatel-Lucent, where leadership of the solution architecture team and restructuring efforts focused on strategic customer solutions took place. McNaughton also has a notable background in establishing integration facilities and leading significant telecommunications projects, beginning with Telecom New Zealand’s IP/MPLS network initiatives. McNaughton holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical from Deakin University.
