Serena Piegaro

Serena Piegaro is a dedicated workplace experience professional currently serving as a Workplace Experience Coordinator at Dialpad since April 2024. Previously, Serena worked at Vagaro from June 2022 to April 2024, holding roles as a People Engagement Specialist and Human Resources Coordinator, where responsibilities included planning employee engagement events, leading employer branding initiatives, and assisting in new hire onboarding. Serena also developed training materials for the summer internship program and actively contributed to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts by launching employee resource groups and executing DEI action plans. Serena holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from San Diego State University and completed high school at Dublin High School in 2019.
